PT Cashtree For Indonesia is a mobile advertising company that offers rewards-based services. They developed a mobile advertising platform that gives users incentives in the form of rewards when they interact with advertisements displayed on mobile applications.

The company focuses on developing effective and innovative mobile advertising solutions. Through their application, users can receive advertisements that are relevant to their interests and preferences, and in return, they will receive rewards in the form of points or other prizes.

PT Cashtree For Indonesia relies on collaboration with users who install applications, daily active users and advertisers to display advertisements on their platform. If the number of app users decreases, the number of daily active users decreases, the number of advertisers also decreases or the advertiser chooses another platform, this may affect the company’s revenue and business continuity.

In simple terms, Digital Presence is how our company and brands can be easily found and accessed through various digital media, using various digital channels, for example: websites, blogs, social media, search engines, and many more.

What do I do in this Digital Presence strategy?

I accurately look at and identify the digital channels that Leads and Prospects use intensively. This will ensure proper presence.

After identifying digital channels, I develop all of these channels. Channel development here is intended only to ensure the Cashtree brand is easy to find.

All companies that have an orientation towards business growth must understand that Conversion activity is a complex process. In practice, this canversion is the end of various marketing processes carried out by the company.

What do I do in this lead Acquisition strategy?

In this process, I identify what digital channels are used by potential leads and prospects at Cashtree, and ensure that they are aware of the existence of the products and solutions offered by Cashtree.

After awareness is created, I ensure that potential leads and prospects understand what are the advantages of Cashtree products so that interest in the product is created

Once potential leads and prospects are interested, I make sure they can easily contact the company, as well as inform them of any specific needs they have.

Not all leads and prospects who contact us are ready to use Cashtree services.
In many cases, leads and prospects who have contacted us are still in the evaluation stage.

If this happens, don’t leave leads and prospects who have contacted us.

What do I do in this lead Activation strategy?

In this process, I ensure that leads and prospects stay up-to-date with Cashtree, for example via email. This will ensure brand recall when leads and prospects are ready to use our service or install Cashtree app.

Seeing Lead and Prospect Behavior When Interacting Digitally.

In maintaining interactions with leads and prospects, I will continue to look at their behavior digitally, for example what product information is most interesting for each lead and prospect, or how often they visit the Cashtree website, and many more.

Drive Leads and Prospects with an Educational Approach.

This behavioral analysis approach will be combined with advanced communication automation, where the communication received by a lead and prospect will be based on their interests, so that in the end the lead and prospect actively contact Cashtree.

KPI:

I am assigned to get 1 million downloads and Increasing DAU for the Cashtree app every year and drive traffic and purchases on Hotdeal e-commerce.

My initiative :

My initiative to this challenge as a digital marketer is to make realistic planning that includes creating objectives to be achieved in the next quarter and breaking down the list of goals into measurable targets using digital marketing metrics as priorities for improvement. To execute the targets, I create a list of activities that can support the progress of the targets made earlier.

I built a project management system, OKR system and Digital Marketing for Reporting to make it easier for me and my team to keep things on track

My Achievement

Since I have been working there for 4 years, my achievements in this position are getting 1 million Install for the Cashtree app every year, increasing the Daily Active user by 60% of the total Install,  improving marketing efficiency such as increasing the campaign conversion rate from 10% to 15%, reducing customer loss rate from 10% to 8%, and reducing total marketing budget by 5% in one quarter.
